Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Completed and delivered services.
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after service completion.
  • Failure to provide necessary information or resources from the client’s side.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Include your full name, service details, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of your refund request.
  2. Review and Response:
    • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
    • We may request additional information or clarification to process your request.
  3. Resolution:
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services under the following conditions:

  • Before Service Commencement:
    • Full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 3 business days before the start of the service.
  • After Service Commencement:
    • Pro-rated refunds may be issued for services not yet rendered, depending on the stage of completion and resources allocated.
    • Cancellation requests made after service milestones are completed will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Fees and Costs

  • No cancellation fees apply for requests made before service commencement.
  • For mid-service cancellations, administrative fees may apply to cover costs incurred.
  • Refunds do not include third-party costs, such as advertising budgets, incurred on your behalf.

To qualify for a refund or cancellation, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when initiating a request.
  • Have adhered to the agreed terms in the signed service agreement.
  • Ensure all payments are up to date; overdue payments may disqualify refund eligibility.
